FOOD

Are all meals plant based?

Yes. We use only plant-based ingredients. Our meals are free from meat, chicken, fish, dairy, eggs and honey.

How do I store the meals?

All meals will have a use by date clearly printed on the back of the packaging. Please refrigerate between 3-5°C.

Are your meals organic?

We try and source organic ingredients wherever possible, with a focus on independently grown, local produce.

Where do I find ingredients, nutritional, and allergen information?

All allergens will be clearly printed in bold. The majority of our meals are gluten free, and all are free from refined sugar. All nutritional information and ingredients are printed on the packaging, as well as on our website. Please note that we regularly use nuts and seeds.

DELIVERY

Where do you deliver to?

All postcodes within the Greater Manchester area please click here to check if that’s you.

What day is best to order on?

It takes us 3 full days to process, prepare, and deliver your meals. Our delivery days are currently Tuesday and Friday. If, for example, you place an order on Friday, it will be delivered on Tuesday.  If you would like a Friday delivery, orders would need to be received by Tuesday evening. Subscribers can choose a regular delivery on Tuesday, Friday or both of these days.

What days do you deliver?

As we are just starting out, we currently only deliver on Tuesday and Fridays. We plan to expand this as soon as possible. Sign up to our mailing list by clicking here to be the first to know when we will be delivering in your area.

Do I have to be at home to accept the delivery?

No. If no one is home at the time of delivery, our courier will leave the package with a neighbour or in a designated safe place. The meals will stay fresh for 24 hours thanks to our fully recyclable insulated boxes.

ORDER

Do you accept returns?

As we produce perishable products, we cannot accept returned food. We will issue a replacement for any food item or meal that was damaged, spoiled, or impaired as a direct result of delivery. If something isn’t right, please let us know at wildatheartfood@gmail.com

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order is 4 items. You can order 4, 6 or 8 items.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free of charge for your first order. The cost after your order is £3.

Is your packaging recyclable?

All our food containers are made from plant material that will turn into soil within 90 days in your home compost, or just pop them in your green bin. The rest of our packaging is completely biodegradable. Even our ice packs are made from high-quality, non-toxic materials that are completely recyclable or reusable. Ideally you will return these packs to us to be disinfected and recycled. Wild at Heart prides itself on honouring the motto reduce, reuse, recycle wherever possible.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Why should I subscribe?

A Wild at Heart subscription means you’ll benefit from lower pricing on all meals. Dishes ordered via subscription are a convenient and stress-free way to ensure you’re eating nutritious and varied meals throughout the week. We also offer flexible subscriptions to suit your lifestyle and changing needs; you can skip a delivery, cancel your subscription, or change your box at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any point from your account page.

How do I skip an order?

Having a Wild at Heart subscription means you can skip an upcoming order whenever you need to – this can be useful, especially if you’re going away. If you need to skip an order please remember to cancel 3 days before your delivery date.

When will I be charged?

Single orders will be charged at the time of ordering and subscribers will be charged 3 days before delivery day.

Can I pause a subscription?

Yes of course! If you would like to skip deliveries for an extended period of time, please get in touch with us at wildatheartfood@gmail.com and one of our team will sort that out for you.
